NAMI Minnesota offers a number of its publications in Spanish, Hmong and Somali translations. Our Hope for Recovery and Children’s Challenging Behaviors classes are also taught in Spanish.

NAMI de Minnesota ofrece varios programas para personas con trastornos de salud mental y sus familiares. Estos programas le brindan la oportunidad de compartir con otras personas que están pasando por situaciones similares. Todos nuestros programas son gratis y confidenciales. Escuche a familiares que asistieron a un programa de NAMI.

Esperanza para el Futuro
Pase un sábado con dos personas que tienen experiencia con los trastornos de salud mental y con el sistema de salud mental. Esta clase le ofrecerá información, esperanza y estrategias prácticas. Participantes aprenderán de los trastornos de salud mental como la depresión mayor, ansiedad generalizada, estrés postraumático, trastorno bipolar, esquizofrenia y más. Además, este programa se trata de los tratamientos y servicios disponibles, estrategias para hacer frente a los síntomas y dificultades de comunicación, la recuperación, el sistema de salud mental y recursos locales.

This directory lists hospitals, clinics, organizations and services that serve Minnesota’s ever-increasing diverse cultural communities. Information is organized to direct you to dental services, disability services, domestic violence services and sexual assault services, health services, home health services, hotlines, mental health services, and vision services.
