Family Support Groups

Other Support Groups

NAMI Scott County family members and those living with mental illnesses join together for support at the Anchor Center 752 Canterbury Rd. S., in Shakopee on the first and third Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8:00 p.m. For more information, contact Janet at 952-890-1669 or Kevin at 952-496-8513.  

Eating Disorders Family Support

Free friends and family support groups are available through The Emily Program Foundation. These groups are open to the public in St. Paul, St. Louis Park and Woodbury and provide education and emotional support for people caring for someone with an eating disorder. Support Group for Families, Spouses and Friends of Clutters/Hoarders

This group is held at the Vernon Terrace Senior Living Community, 5250 Vernon Avenue, in Edina. It meets on the second Monday of each month, from 4:00-5:30 p.m. Contact Kathy Green at 952-887-5043 or Kathleen McGonagle at 651-373-1323. Please call to make sure the group is still meeting and the location is the same.
