Survey on the Effects of the Pandemic on People Living with Mental Illnesses

The goal of this online survey is to understand the social and psychological effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on individuals living with mental illnesses. Respondents will be asked about personal mental health factors, such as diagnoses and treatments, as well as their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences during the pandemic.

Total participation time will range from 45 – 70 minutes. This survey allows respondents to select from a wide variety of mental health symptoms, conditions, etc. to best describe their mental health status. Participation time will vary greatly based on mental health history.

Participants may be eligible for this study if they are: Aged 18 or older; Diagnosed by a health care professional with a DSM-5 mental health condition; Able to provide informed consent.
